Berwyn Lantern Parade Maker Space Open Studio Session - Create Your Own Lantern - Berwyn Public Art Initiative

Our Open Studio Sessions invite you to come out to our large storefront space and get creative! Bring your own ideas for illuminated art that you will wear or carry in the Berwyn Lantern Parade happening September 26th.

No ideas? Come get inspired! We will have a variety of sample lanterns and supplies in the space to get you going, as well as information on our upcoming workshops. We will also be working on larger, wearable art and puppets; come help us design and build! Projects can be left in the space for drying time, etc. until they are completed.

Don’t feel like making a lantern? You are welcome to work on your own project and enjoy some camaraderie with fellow makers.

Sessions are open to all ages but those 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
