Every summer, hundreds of car lovers, families, and curious visitors drop in on Berwyn’s historic Depot District for one of the city’s most beloved traditions: Berwyn Cruise Nites.
Whether you’re a lifelong gearhead, a casual admirer of classic cars, or simply looking for a fun free night out, Berwyn Cruise Nites delivers nostalgia, entertainment, and one of the best small-town summer vibes anywhere in Chicagoland.
What Are Berwyn Cruise Nites?
Berwyn Cruise Nites are free, family-friendly classic car shows held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from June through August in the Depot District near Home and Windsor.
The streets fill with:
Classic muscle cars
Hot rods
Vintage trucks
Modern performance vehicles
Live music
Awards and judging
Food and drinks from local restaurants
The event is hosted by the Berwyn Development Corporation and sponsored by WeatherTech.
2026 Berwyn Cruise Nites Schedule
All Cruise Nites are held Mondays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Vehicle check-in begins around 5:00 PM.
June 1, 2026 — Opening Nite
The season kickoff. Expect a large turnout and a mix of everything from classics to custom builds.
June 15, 2026 — Chevy Nite
Tri-Fives, Camaros, Corvettes, Chevelles, Novas, and more.
July 6, 2026 — Ford Nite
Mustangs, Thunderbirds, Broncos, Model A’s, and F-100s.
July 20, 2026 — Customs
Wild paint jobs, chopped roofs, air suspension, and one-of-a-kind creations.
August 3, 2026 — Vintage Vroom
Sponsored by Berwyn Firefighters Local 506 and focused on antique and early-era vehicles.
August 17, 2026 — Modern Marvels
Late-model performance cars, exotics, and today’s horsepower monsters.
