🌮 Taste of Cermak Road Returns to Berwyn

One of Berwyn's favorite summer traditions is finally here!

After being postponed earlier this summer due to poor air quality, the Taste of Cermak Road returns Thursday evening, transforming Berwyn's historic Cermak Road into a giant neighborhood food crawl. For just $15, you'll sample food, desserts, drinks and exclusive specials from many of Berwyn's favorite restaurants and businesses. The event runs from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with ticket pickup beginning at 4:30 p.m. outside BMO Bank (6655 W. Cermak Road). The evening wraps up with live music at Wagner's Lounge beginning at 8:00 p.m.

This is a full-day lakefront event with performances typically beginning mid-morning and continuing through mid-afternoon, with the most dramatic flyovers and formations happening around midday.

📅 Also happening Sunday, August 16 as part of the full weekend schedule, with similar programming and peak flyover activity.

🚇 Plan Ahead: Arrive early (before 9:00 AM is strongly recommended), as crowds build quickly and nearby parking fills up fast. CTA is the easiest way to get there.

🧴 What to bring: Sunscreen, water, hats, and anything you need for several hours outdoors in direct sun. Beach seating fills quickly, so bring a blanket or low chair if possible.
